By paying the real Living Wage, Opus is voluntarily taking a stand to ensure our employees can earn a wage which is enough to live on.

The real Living Wage is the only UK wage rate that is voluntarily paid by almost 10,000 UK businesses who believe their staff deserve a wage that meets everyday needs. That basic fairness is at the heart of what the Living Wage campaign is trying to achieve and why great businesses and organisations choose to go further than the government minimum. As well as it being the right thing to do, there is a growing body of evidence demonstrating the business benefits of becoming a Living Wage employer.

There are over 9000 accredited employers in the network, going further than the government minimum and paying all staff the real Living Wage for the real cost of living.
